Nutrition

At Puddles we offer a diverse range of hot meals for both lunch and tea, and we incorporate foods from various ethnic backgrounds such as Indian and Chinese. We also cater for those children with special dietary needs, such as allergies to certain foods, being vegetarian, or their religion.

Children are also provided with a healthy snack in the morning and afternoon, usually comprising of fruit and a carbohydrate along with milk or water to drink. We believe it is important for children to have a healthy, balanced and nutritious diet.

Drinking water is readily available for children to access at all times.

All snacks and meals are prepared on site, by staff that are trained in Food Safety in Catering.
